Pool - The pool is not heated. Parking - We can fit up to three vehicles. Arrival - Please arrive before 10 pm. If you are considering booking our rental on the same day, please book before 10 pm so we can prepare for your arrival before we turn in for the night.

Probably one of the easiest bookings I've ever made on this platform! The host was super fast and communicative but never pushy. I ended up having an extra car (weird I know) and what I thought would be an issue, she was really helpful and not at all put out to help! The condo was REALLY clean and it was nice not having to do a million things on checkout (IFYKYK), didn't get a chance to use the pool (sadly) BUT a pool key is provided and I will definitely be back when I'm in PHX for work (about 4 times a year).

Very good location for just about anything you'd want to do in Phoenix or the valley. The condo facility was very quiet. Usually only one or two people in the pool area at any time. The unit was just as it shows on the listing --very nice, clean, and comfortable. The only comment I would make is there's only one nightstand in each bedroom. With two people in a bed it would be nice to have a nightstand and lamp on both sides! The furniture was all brand new, the only thing that was missing would've been a table of some sort to dine at. Not a dealbreaker! The owner was extremely responsive whenever we had a question! I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

Jenni was quick to respond when needed. My stay at this beautiful home was home away from home 😊 All I needed to bring was clothing, food/snacks; which was awesome! Everything else was accommodated/provided and at arms reach. I would definitely recommend others to stay. I will plan on booking this home again in the future.

I stayed here for three months for work, and it truly became my home away from home. The space was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a long stay. Jenni went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and never homesick, always kind, responsive, and accommodating. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they put into making my stay such a positive experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.
